We are Chenuka (24) and Koudous (25). We are both working and in our free time we like to meet friends, are interested in football, music and do fitness or read one or the other book. We are happy about open-minded, sympathetic people with whom you can change one or the other word and have a healthy sense of cleanliness. We are not a shared flat that sits on top of each other all the time, rather everyone is doing their thing comfortably. Due to our long and different working hours, it unfortunately rarely happens that we chat in the kitchen, cook and eat together or let the day end.

Room

The shared flat is located on the 3rd floor of an apartment building in the heart of Heimfeld.
The bright room has about 21 sqm and is unfurnished. So it can be directed and designed according to your own wishes and needs.
The special thing about the shared flat is that there is not only enough space in the kitchen, but also a living room is available. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher and has a small seating area. The living room offers a comfortable couch and a TV, as well as a dining area.
The bathroom has a large window, a bathtub and enough space for necessary utensils.

There are no additional costs. They are, like access to TV, Internet (Wi-Fi) and telephone (incl. Fixed-line flat) is included in the package rental.

Location

The apartment is located in the heart of Hamburg-Heimfeld in a particularly beautiful location, close to the center of Hamburg-Harburg and the TUHH, which can be reached on foot.
The public transport connections are very good and the distances to the facilities for daily needs are short. Bakers, pharmacy, doctors, banks, etc. are located in the immediate vicinity. For a big shopping trip you go to the Phoenix Center in Harburg.

If you have to get out, you can reach local recreation areas such as the "Heimfelder Forst" and the "Meyers Park" from the apartment in Heimfeld on short paths. By car or bike you can reach the "Black Mountains" and the 'Haake' in a few minutes.

The S-Bahn station Hamburg - Heimfeld is located directly opposite the house and takes you in a few minutes, to the center of Hamburg.
