We have a room available - you can now become part of our shared flat! 🏡✨

We are Tuan (28), Susanne (27), Regina (21) and Peter (27).
We all work 👨‍💼👩‍💼 and like to be active in our free time - whether at the gym 🏋️, playing soccer ⚽ or relaxing with Netflix 🍿, gaming 🎮, cooking 👨‍🍳👩‍🍳 or baking 🧁. We love being creative - e.g. taking photos 📸 - and also enjoy meeting up with friends or enjoying a glass of wine or beer together 🍷🍻.

It's important to us not to be a purely functional flat share. We want to live in harmony with people who are open, friendly, have a good sense of humor and are clean ✨🧽. Simply someone who fits in well with us and wants to play an active role in shaping life in the shared flat 💛.

Whether it's cooking together 🍝, cozy evenings on the couch 🛋️ or just chatting.
Despite the open, relaxed atmosphere, privacy is of course absolutely important - everyone should be able to withdraw and feel comfortable 🧘‍♂️📖.

Room

The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a charming old apartment building in beautiful Hamburg-Heimfeld 🏡✨

The room is approx. 13 m² in size and is wonderfully flooded with natural light thanks to the large window ☀️🌿. As it is unfurnished, you can furnish and design it entirely according to your taste and needs 🪴🛋️.

The kitchen is classically modern in light gray and white tones 🤍🩶. It is equipped with everything you need: ceramic hob with extractor hood, fridge with large freezer compartment, dishwasher - and there is even a cozy seating area with counter and TV 🍽️📺.

The shower room with window is modern and simple - with enough space for all the important things 🧼🚿. There is also a small guest WC 🚽🙂.

Particularly practical: there are no additional service charges! 🙌
Electricity, TV and Internet (network & WLAN) 💻📺 - everything is already included in the all-inclusive rent ✅.

Location

The apartment is located in the heart of Hamburg-Heimfeld 💚 - in a particularly beautiful and quiet residential area. The center of Hamburg-Harburg and the Hamburg University of Technology (TUHH) are within easy walking distance 🏫🚶‍♂️ - the TUHH is only approx. 800 m away, so it takes about 10 minutes to walk.

The connection to public transport is excellent 🚉 - the S-Bahn station Hamburg-Heimfeld is only about 600 m away (approx. 7 min. walk) and takes you directly to Hamburg city center or the main train station (approx. 12 km) in about 15 minutes 🏙️🛤️.

Everything you need for everyday life is in the immediate vicinity: bakers 🥐, pharmacies 💊, doctors 👨‍⚕️👩‍⚕️, supermarkets 🛒 and banks 🏦 - everything is practically just around the corner! For larger shopping trips, the Phoenix Center in Harburg is just a few minutes away 🛍️👗👟.

And if you want to get out of your own four walls: In just a few minutes, you can reach beautiful local recreation areas such as Heimfelder Forst 🌲, Meyers Park 🌳 or the Schwarze Berge and the nature reserve "Haake" 🦌🍂 by car. Perfect for walks, sports or simply a little break in nature!
