We’re Annika (30), Chiara (26), Angelina (26), and Leo (19)—a colorful mix of students 🎓 and working professionals 💼 who enjoy sharing our shared apartment life together.

In our free time, we like to be creative and active: whether it’s sports, drawing and painting, baking and cooking together 🍝, improv theater 🎭, or traveling and discovering new places 🌍—we always keep things interesting!

Respectful coexistence, mutual consideration 🤝, and a healthy level of cleanliness 🧼 are especially important to us so that everyone can feel comfortable in our shared apartment.

Room

This cozy room is located on the ground floor of a quiet apartment building in Heimfeld.
With its 13 m² of space and plenty of natural light, it offers the perfect canvas for you to get creative with your decor 🛋️—since it’s unfurnished.

The apartment features a large common area with an open kitchen where you can cook, eat, and relax. 🍽️
The kitchen is fully equipped: a ceramic cooktop, oven, dishwasher, and a large refrigerator with a freezer compartment are all ready for use!

From here, you have direct access to the small garden, which can be used by all roommates 🌸

Two bathrooms, each with a shower and sink, ensure that no one has to wait in the morning

📶 Utilities? All-inclusive!
TV, internet (Wi-Fi & Ethernet), and all utilities are included in the rent—just move in and make yourself at home!

Location

The apartment is located in the heart of Hamburg-Heimfeld 💚—in a particularly beautiful setting, very close to downtown Hamburg-Harburg and the TUHH, both of which are within easy walking distance.

Public transportation connections are excellent 🚆, and everything you need for daily life is right around the corner: bakeries, pharmacies, doctors’ offices, banks, and more are all in the immediate vicinity 🏪

For a bigger shopping trip, head to the Phoenix Center in Harburg. 🛍️

Heimfeld (TUHH) S-Bahn station – about a 5-minute walk
Heimfeld → Hamburg Central Station (S3) – about a 12–20-minute ride
Heimfeld → Harburg Town Hall (S3/S5) – about 1 minute
