The apartment is located on the first floor of a well-kept apartment building in a quiet street in Hamburg-Heimfeld.
The vacant room is approx. 13 m² in size and unfurnished, so you can design it entirely according to your own ideas. 🛋️

The modern shared kitchen 🍳 has:

✨ Fridge with large freezer compartment
✨ Dishwasher
✨ and a cozy seating area where you can eat together or just chat 🥗☕

The shared flat also has two bathrooms, both with a shower 🚿🚿 - perfect so that nobody has to wait in the morning 😉

A special highlight is the large garden 🌳, which can be used by all residents - ideal for relaxing or barbecuing in summer 🌞🍃

💰 There are no additional costs! Everything is already included in the all-inclusive rent - including the 🌐 Internet (WiFi)

The apartment is located in the heart of Hamburg-Heimfeld 💚 - in a particularly beautiful location, very close to the center of Hamburg-Harburg and the TUHH, which you can easily reach on foot.

The public transport connections are excellent 🚆 and everything you need for your daily needs is just around the corner: bakeries, pharmacies, doctors, banks, etc. are in the immediate vicinity 🏪.

For a larger shopping trip, head to the Phoenix Center in Harburg 🛍️.

🚶‍♀️ Heimfeld S-Bahn station (TUHH) - approx. 5 minutes on foot
🚆 Heimfeld → Hamburg main station (S3) - about 12-20 minutes travel time
