Unfurnished 13 sqm shared room for 01.07. in a nice 5-person shared flat - not far from the TUHH

Hello, hello, everyone. 2 out of 5 rooms in our shared flat are becoming vacant, so we're going to reshuffle.
Sarah and Muhammad are moving out and Chiara (who also just moved in on June 1st), Joel and Frederic are staying in the shared flat.
When we're not studying or working, we like to be active by playing volleyball, doing fitness or going jogging. By the way, we can't do without coffee ;-)

Of course, we also like to meet up with our friends or sit together in the kitchen and chat or cook together.
We're also looking forward to opening the barbecue season in our own garden and enjoy exploring the city together. Summer is finally here!

Room

The apartment is located on the first floor of an apartment building in a quiet street in Hamburg Heimfeld.

The vacant room has about 13 square meters and is unfurnished, so that it can be furnished and designed entirely according to your own wishes and needs. The modern communal kitchen is equipped with a ceramic hob with associated extractor hood, refrigerator with large freezer compartment, dishwasher and has a seating area where all residents can come together to end the day together. The WG also has 2 practical bathrooms each with shower, so that everyone can finish on time and leave the house on time ;-)
Another highlight of this house is the garden, which is used by all residents and invites you to relax.

There are no additional costs. They are included in the all-inclusive rent, just like the access to TV, internet (network and WLAN) and telephone (incl. landline flat).

Location

The apartment is located in the heart of Hamburg-Heimfeld in a particularly nice location, close to the center of Hamburg-Harburg and the TUHH, which is within walking distance.
The public transport connection is very good and the distances to the facilities of daily needs are short. Baker, pharmacy, doctors, banks, etc. are in the immediate neighborhood. For the big shopping trip one drives to the Phoenix Center in Harburg.

If you don't feel like having your own garden, you can reach recreational areas like the "Heimfelder Forst" and the "Meyers Park" on short distances from the apartment. By car or bike you can reach the "Schwarzen Berge" and the 'Haake' in a few minutes.
The S-Bahn station Hamburg - Heimfeld is also within walking distance and brings you in a few minutes, in the center of Hamburg.

If you feel that this suits you, are between 18 and 32 years old and would like to live in the shared flat for at least 6 months, then you've come to the right place. You are also welcome to bring someone else with you, as we are looking for 2 new people for our cool shared flat. You should also move in alone (i.e. in your room) and have no pets.
