Moin. Two rooms are available in our beautiful 3-room shared flat. An unfurnished one for 01.06. and a furnished one for 01.07.

I am Leo (23), working and in my free time I like to travel with friends. I am sporty and like to listen to music when I come down.

I don't want a community of purpose, but a nice coexistence with people who fit well together, are friendly and open-minded and have a healthy sense of cleanliness. More people for this relaxed, funny, talkative and also somewhat adventurous WG. People who also feel like cooking together, drinking a wine or beer together and spending evenings together. The atmosphere is relaxed, the motto is "everything can but nothing has to". Despite the open and friendly way of dealing, privacy is very important in order to find time and space for yourself.

Room

The apartment is located on the first floor of an apartment building in a quiet street in Hamburg Heimfeld.

The light-flooded room is about 11 square meters and can be occupied directly, as it is furnished. Completely without furniture shopping stress ;-) The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher and washing machine and has a comfortable seating area. From here you can also access the balcony, which can be used by all residents. The bathroom invites you to relax in the bathtub and offers enough space for necessary utensils.

There are no additional costs. They are like access to TV, Internet (Wi-Fi) and telephone (incl. Fixed-line flat) is included in the package rental.

Location

The apartment is located in the heart of Hamburg-Heimfeld in a particularly beautiful location, near the center of Hamburg-Harburg and the TUHH, which can be reached on foot.
The public transport connection is very good and the distances to the facilities for daily needs are short. Bakers, pharmacy, doctors, banks, etc. are located in the immediate vicinity. For a big shopping trip, you drive to the Phoenix Center in Harburg.

If you want to get out to relax, you can reach local recreation areas such as the "Heimfelder Forst" and the "Meyers Park" from the apartment in Heimfeld on short paths. By car you can reach the "Black Mountains" and the 'Haake' in a few minutes.
The S-Bahn station Hamburg - Heimfeld is also within walking distance and will take you to the city center of Hamburg in a few minutes.
