Nice furnished 8 sqm room in a shared flat for 01.02. in Hamburg Heimfeld - close to the TUHH

Hello dear seekers. We have a room available and we are looking for you ;-)

We are Anna, Paul, Dana-Marie, Lukas, Laura and Lisa.

We would be happy to meet open-minded and nice people. Although we all do our own thing, mutual respect is important to us. We all like to go out with our friends and explore the city. We are sporty in that we like snowboarding, wakeboarding, surfing, windsurfing, bouldering, playing soccer and basketball or sailing. We also enjoy photography, reading, dancing and singing and would be happy if you brought a few hobbies to the flat share. We are a bunch of students and employees who like to sit together in our large kitchen, cook and drink the odd beer or wine and organize games evenings. When the weather is nice, we often have a barbecue in our own garden with the whole household or just sit together.

Room

The WG is located in the attic of an apartment building in a quiet street in Hamburg Heimfeld, with its own garden. Here the residents of the whole house meet to let the day end.
The apartment has 2 bathrooms, so that the 7 residents can all get ready in time ;-)
Since the light-flooded room is furnished, you have no stress buying furniture. Just unpack your bags and enjoy the cozy 8 m² from 01.09.22. Finished, whether for work or the evening, is in one of the 2 shower bathrooms. The large communal kitchen has a seating area to end the day together. To relax and unwind under the open sky, invites the own garden, the apartment building. This can be used by all tenants of the house.

Service charges do not apply. They are like the access to TV, internet (network and WLAN) and telephone (incl. landline flat) included in the all-inclusive rent.

Location

The apartment is located in the heart of Hamburg-Heimfeld in a particularly nice location, close to the center of Hamburg-Harburg and the TUHH, which is within walking distance.
The public transport connection is very good and the distances to the facilities of daily needs are short. Baker, pharmacy, doctors, banks, etc. are in the immediate neighborhood. For the big shopping trip one drives to the Phoenix Center in Harburg.

If you don't feel like having your own garden, you can reach recreational areas like the "Heimfelder Forst" and the "Meyers Park" on short distances from the apartment. By car you can reach the "Schwarzen Berge" and the "Haake" in a few minutes.

The S-Bahn station Hamburg - Heimfeld is also within walking distance and brings you in about 15 minutes, in the center of Hamburg.

Miscellaneous

If you feel that this suits you, you are between 18 and 32 years old and would like to live in the shared flat for at least 6 months. You are also moving in alone and have no pets.
