Nice furnished 8 sqm room in a shared flat for 01.10. in Hamburg Heimfeld - close to the TUHH

Hello future flatmates,
We (Paul, Lisa, Laura, Kai and Anna) live in a lively and diverse flat share of 7 people and will soon have two furnished rooms available. Our current flat share consists of five open-minded people between the ages of 18 and 25. Most of us are students, whether Bachelor or Master. Our professions are very diverse and range from music and management to engineering and pharmacy.
Although we all have different interests, we enjoy spending a lot of time together. After our lectures or work, we often do something together either in the city or we stay in our cozy shared flat and cook, drink or play games. Yes, even during the week... We've even solved the odd university assignment together at the table. Good cooperation is very important to us!
We make sure that our common rooms are as clean as possible so that everyone enjoys using them. We do a variety of sports - whether it's bouldering, soccer or Pilates, everyone has their own preferences.
The entire house we live in has four other shared flats with whom we like to have barbecues in the backyard or meet up for other activities. Our former flatmates living in Hamburg are still very welcome and visit us regularly.
If you are open-minded, would like to stay with us for a longer period of time and would like to become part of our harmonious and active flat share, please write to us. Room

The WG is located in the attic of an apartment building in a quiet street in Hamburg Heimfeld, with its own garden. Here the residents of the whole house meet to let the day end.
The apartment has 2 bathrooms, so that the 7 residents can all get ready in time ;-)
Since the light-flooded room is furnished, you have no stress buying furniture. Just unpack your bags and enjoy the cozy 8 m² from 01.09.22. Finished, whether for work or the evening, is in one of the 2 shower bathrooms. The large communal kitchen has a seating area to end the day together. To relax and unwind under the open sky, invites the own garden, the apartment building. This can be used by all tenants of the house.

Service charges do not apply. They are like the access to TV, internet (network and WLAN) and telephone (incl. landline flat) included in the all-inclusive rent.

Location

The apartment is located in the heart of Hamburg-Heimfeld in a particularly beautiful location, close to the center of Hamburg-Harburg and the TUHH, which is within walking distance.
The public transport connections are very good and the distances to the facilities for daily needs are short. Bakeries, pharmacies, doctors, banks etc. are in the immediate vicinity. For a big shopping trip, you can drive to the Phoenix Center in Harburg.

If you don't fancy your own garden, you can reach recreational areas such as the "Heimfelder Forst" and "Meyers Park" in Heimfeld within a short distance of the apartment. By car you can reach the "Schwarze Berge" and the "Haake" in just a few minutes.

The S-Bahn station Hamburg - Heimfeld is also within walking distance and takes you to Hamburg city center in just a few minutes.

If you feel that this suits you, you are between 18 and 32 years old and would like to live in the shared flat for at least 6 months. You are also moving in alone and have no pets.
