Hello dear seekers. Two rooms are available in our beautiful shared flat and we are looking for you...

We are Franziska (21), Lisa (20), Nina (21), Lena (20), Art (19), and Philipp (20).
In our free time we like to be active in sports, we are interested in cars and music, drawing, reading, taking pictures, playing video films or spending time with friends. Since many of us do not come from Hamburg, we like to discover the city together, like to sit together in our large kitchen and cook and chat or even organize one or the other game evening. In the house there are 4 more shared flats with which we also understand well. The landlord has set up a small barbecue house in the garden, which we also like to use in the summer. We wish for sympathetic and open-minded people who have a healthy sense of cleanliness. Maybe you also bring one or the other hobby with you or join one of our :)

Room

The apartment in which the offered room is located has a total of 8 rooms and is located on the 2nd floor of an apartment building.
It is cut so that there are 2 4er WG's, which share a large common room with integrated kitchen and yet each WG has its own entrance door and the WG own shower room.

In 2019, the apartment was renovated and still shines, with its new kitchen, the new bathrooms and floors, as well as with wallpapered, white-painted walls, in a fresh look and new shine.

To relax, relax or barbecue with friends, invites the private garden, which can be used by all residents of the house.

'Your' room has about 12 sqm, is bright and flooded with light. Since it is unfurnished, you can freely set it up and design it according to your own wishes, ideas and needs.

You don't have to worry about the utilities. They are, as well as access to TV, Internet (network and WLAN) and telephone (incl. Landline flat) included in the rent.

Location

The apartment is located in the heart of Hamburg-Heimfeld in a particularly beautiful location, close to the center of Hamburg-Harburg and the TUHH, which can be reached on foot.
The public transport connections are very good and the distances to the facilities for daily needs are short. Bakers, pharmacy, doctors, banks, etc. are located in the immediate vicinity. For a big shopping trip you go to the Phoenix Center in Harburg.
If you don't feel like having your own garden, you can reach local recreation areas such as the "Heimfelder Forst" and the "Meyers Park" from the apartment in Heimfeld on short paths. By car you can reach the "Black Mountains" and the 'Haake' in a few minutes.
The S-Bahn station Hamburg - Heimfeld is also within walking distance and takes you in a few minutes, to the city center of Hamburg.
