We’re Andreas (20) and Abitur (28), and we’re looking forward to welcoming an open-minded, friendly person who’s up for a laid-back living situation. In our free time, we enjoy playing sports ⚽ and making music.

We don’t want our shared apartment to be just a functional arrangement—we want it to be a real home where everyone feels comfortable. 🛋️ We cook together every now and then 🍝 and chat in the kitchen in the evenings ☕—but it’s all very laid-back: Everything is optional, nothing is mandatory! 🙌

This cozy 3-room apartment is located on the 3rd floor of an apartment building—in a quiet, child-friendly street in Hamburg-Heimfeld 🌳.

The bright room measures 12 m² and is beautifully flooded with natural light through the large window ☀️. Since it’s unfurnished, you can furnish and decorate it exactly as you like 🛋️—there are no limits to your creativity!

The modern built-in kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher 🧼 and a cozy sitting area—perfect for sharing meals or relaxed conversations 🍝.

In the bathroom, you’ll find a shower and plenty of space for all your toiletries 🧴.

And best of all: there are no additional utility costs! Internet (wired + Wi-Fi) 🌐 is already included in the flat-rate rent—it’s all easy and stress-free!

Location

The apartment is located in the heart of Hamburg-Heimfeld—in a particularly beautiful setting, very close to the center of Hamburg-Harburg and the TUHH 🎓, which you can easily reach on foot 👟.

Public transportation 🚆 is excellent, and everything you need for daily life is right around the corner: bakeries, pharmacies, doctors, banks—it’s all there! For your next shopping trip, the Phoenix Center 🛍️ in Harburg is waiting for you!

If you ever want to unwind 🌿, you can quickly get out into nature in Heimfeld: The “Heimfelder Forst” or “Meyers Park” are just a few minutes’ walk away—perfect for taking a deep breath. By car, you can also get to the “Schwarze Berge” or the “Haake” in no time 🌳.

The Hamburg-Heimfeld S-Bahn station 🚉 is also just a few minutes’ walk away—and from there, you’ll be right in the heart of downtown Hamburg in no time!
