We are Danny (19) and Marin (25).
In our spare time we like to do sports skating, yoga, basketball or just go for a walk.
We would be happy about an open-minded and sympathetic person, with whom we can also cook together and have a chat. The atmosphere is relaxed, the motto is "everything can but nothing must". Privacy is important despite the open and friendly approach to find time and space for yourself.

Room

The 3 room apartment is located on the 3rd floor of an apartment building, in a play street, in Hamburg Heimfeld.
The room is about 12 sqm, facing the courtyard and wonderfully flooded with light through the large windows. Since it is unfurnished, it can be furnished and designed entirely according to your own wishes and needs. The modern fitted kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher and a cozy sitting area. In the bathroom you will find a bathtub and enough space for needed utensils.

Service charges do not apply. They are included in the all-inclusive rent, as well as access to TV, internet (network and WLAN) and telephone (incl. landline flat).

Location

The apartment is located in the heart of Hamburg-Heimfeld in a particularly nice location, close to the center of Hamburg-Harburg and the TUHH, which is within walking distance.
The public transport connection is very good and the distances to the facilities of daily needs are short. Baker, pharmacy, doctors, banks, etc. are in the immediate neighborhood. For the big shopping trip one drives to the Phoenix Center in Harburg.

If you want to go out and relax, you can reach recreational areas like the "Heimfelder Forst" and the "Meyers Park" on short distances from the apartment. By car you can reach the "Schwarzen Berge" and the "Haake" in a few minutes.

The S-Bahn station Hamburg - Heimfeld is also within walking distance and brings you in a few minutes, in the center of Hamburg.
