5-person flat share is looking for a new roommate who also wants to spend one or two summer evenings in our garden :)

Hello everyone. A room is becoming available in our shared flat because Pia wants to move out.

We will be Tarek, Stefanie, Jan and Petra. When we're not doing our jobs, we do sports in our free time and love music, dancing, reading and painting.
We usually cook and eat our favorite dishes together. These include pasta in cheese and cream sauce, pizza, pasta bake, burritos, salad and vegetable stir-fry, as well as many other dishes. We alternate regularly so that no one misses out.
In general, all food and other consumables are shared. In a balanced ratio, of course.
But we also enjoy going jogging or walking together, playing table tennis, basketball or cycling together.
There is always a certain amount of noise in our shared flat. The walls are very bright and we share in virtually everything.
From time to time we create and record hip hop tracks, enjoy having visitors and go on trips together, e.g. hiking in the Harz mountains. In the evenings, we like to play Mario Kart together or watch a movie/series.

We would be happy to meet an open, cultivated and philosophical person who integrates into our activities and is always up for a joke.

Room

The approx. 19sqm unfurnished room with northwest view convinces with its charming semicircular window front. In addition, it has, like the rest of the apartment, enormously high ceilings as it was common at that time. The floor is covered with very distinctive floorboards.
Your room is located between Jonathan's room and the kitchen.
From the kitchen you can enter our first balcony towards the garden.
In this garden recently a snowball fight took place, which due to lack of snow degenerated into our front garden.
The apartment is on the mezzanine floor, so you don't have to carry your shopping up too many stairs.
Now we come to the common rooms and start with the kitchen, here we cook almost daily fresh for all roommates.
At the kitchen there is also a storage room where we keep our food and cleaning supplies (!).
Our apartment has two bathrooms. One full bath, this is equipped with a generously dimensioned bathtub, in addition there is a barrier-free shower tray.
The second bathroom has a toilet and a small sink.

Service charges do not apply and are included in the all-inclusive rent. Likewise, access to TV, internet (network and WLAN) and telephone (incl. landline flat) is included in the all-inclusive rent.

Location

Heimfeld is a very diverse district that stretches from the center of Harburg to Haake. The housing on offer ranges from houses on the edge of the forest and terraced houses to residential quarters and city villas, in which, for example, our shared flat can be found. Daily errands can be done on foot. Supermarkets, bakeries and drugstores are in the immediate vicinity. For a big shopping trip, you can go to the Phoenix Center in Harburg or visit the beautiful weekly market on the sand, which is open Monday to Saturday.
The public transport connections are very good. The bus stop Eißendorfer Pferdeweg (Mitte) is practically on the doorstep and takes you to Harburg train station in around 14 minutes. All long-distance trains also leave from here. The Heimfeld S-Bahn station, where the TUHH is also located, is approx. 3 minutes or a 10-minute walk away. Hamburg city center can be reached in approx. 20 minutes.

Miscellaneous

If you feel that this suits you, you are between 18 and 32 years old and would like to live in the shared flat for at least 6 months.
