Rent rooms with a private balcony in 3er WG spontaneously free :) S-Bahn 200m away

Hello, we are Arthur (23) and Luke (25) and are looking for a new roommate/in :) We both live together so long, therefore you need not be afraid of the retracted WG-structures :) We want to continue to no purpose, community, but want to have a nice life of people that work well together, sympathetic and open-minded, and a healthy sense of cleanliness. A washing machine is available.

the hotel has 15 sqm and the absolute Highlight: it has It's own balcony!

We are a 3P WG and our apartment is very cozy and there is a dishwasher and a washing machine, so that order and cleanliness are not a Problem :)

In addition to costs incurred and are included with the rent. Similarly, access to TV, Internet (Wi-Fi) and a telephone (incl. Landline-Flat) in the rent included.

Location

The S-Bahn Station Heimfeld is located approximately 200 meters. Similarly, the TU-Hamburg-Harburg. Super markets, bakery, pharmacy, Doctors, banks etc. are located in the immediate vicinity.

Hamburg-Heimfeld -> station = 11 minutes
Hamburg-Heimfeld -> Jungfernstieg = 16 minutes
Hamburg-Heimfeld -> Dammtor = 17 minutes
Hamburg-Heimfeld -> Berliner Tor = 20 minutes
Hamburg-Heimfeld -> Altona = 27 minutes

Miscellaneous

We want someone who stays for at least 6 months, no upper limits are set. If you're interested, you'll look at the WG's best to simply live. Reporting like you, we look forward to meet you :)
