We are Danny (21) and Marin (26).
In our free time we like to do sports like skating, yoga, basketball or just go for a walk.
We would be happy to meet an open-minded and likeable person with whom we can cook together and chat. The atmosphere is relaxed, the motto is "anything goes but nothing is a must". Despite the open and friendly atmosphere, privacy is very important so that you can find time and space for yourself.

Room

The 3 room apartment is located on the 3rd floor of an apartment building, in a play street, in Hamburg Heimfeld.
The room is about 16 square meters and wonderfully flooded with light through the large window. Since it is unfurnished, it can be furnished and designed entirely according to your own wishes and needs. The modern fitted kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher and a cozy sitting area. In the bathroom you will find a bathtub and enough space for needed utensils.

Service charges do not apply. They are included in the all-inclusive rent, just like the access to TV, internet (network and WLAN) and telephone (incl. landline flat).

Location

The apartment is located in the heart of Hamburg-Heimfeld in a particularly nice location, close to the center of Hamburg-Harburg and the TUHH, which is within walking distance.
The public transport connection is very good and the distances to the facilities of daily needs are short. Baker, pharmacy, doctors, banks, etc. are in the immediate neighborhood. For the big shopping trip one drives to the Phoenix Center in Harburg.

If you want to go out and relax, you can reach recreational areas like the "Heimfelder Forst" and the "Meyers Park" on short distances from the apartment. By car you can reach the "Schwarzen Berge" and the "Haake" in a few minutes.

The S-Bahn station Hamburg - Heimfeld is also within walking distance and brings you in a few minutes, in the center of Hamburg.

Miscellaneous

If you feel that this suits you, you are between 18 and 32 years old and would like to live in the shared flat for at least 6 months. You are also moving in alone and have no pets.
