Our roommate moves out on 01.12. and we are looking for you...
We Jenni (22) student from Hamburg who likes to draw, play volleyball and cook, and Michael (24) training as a customs officer in the middle service from Schleswig who likes to do fitness, swim and meet friends and Anna (27) lecturer from Stuttgart, who likes to cook, read a lot and small cafes makes insecure.
We like to sit together in the kitchen and chat or cook together, are happy to open the barbecue season in our own garden and like to discover the city together. If you feel like a nice shared life, please feel free to contact us, we are looking forward to getting to know you. We also like to do a live or video tour with you :)

Room

The flat is located on the ground floor of an apartment building with its own garden, in a quiet street in Hamburg Heimfeld. The TUHH is within walking distance.
The bright room offered in this listing has 11sqm2 and is unfurnished. So you can set it up and design it according to your own wishes and needs. The garden invites you to relax and barbecue ;-)

The 5 rooms, as well as the large common room with integrated kitchen and the bathrooms have just been completely renovated.

You don't have to worry about the utilities. They are, like access to TV, Internet (network and Wi-Fi) and telephone (incl. Landline flat), included in the rent.

Location

The apartment is located in the heart of Hamburg-Heimfeld in a particularly beautiful location, close to the center of Hamburg-Harburg and the TUHH, which is within walking distance.
The public transport connections are very good and the distances to the facilities for daily needs are short. Bakers, pharmacy, doctors, banks, etc. are in the immediate vicinity. For the big shopping trip you drive to the Phoenix Center in Harburg.

If you do not feel like the in-house garden, you can reach in Heimfeld on short distances, recreational areas such as the "Heimfelder Forst" and the "Meyers Park" from the apartment. By car you can reach the "Black Mountains" and the "Haake" in a few minutes.
The S-Bahn station Hamburg-Heimfeld is also within walking distance and takes you in a few minutes to the city center of Hamburg.
