Moin to all. In our shared apartment a room becomes free, because Leaondros wants to move out.

We are Pia, Jonathan, Patrick and Stefanie. When we are not doing our jobs, we are active in sports in our free time and love music, dancing, reading and painting.

Most of the time we cook and eat our favorite dishes together. These include pasta in cream cheese sauce, pizza, pasta casserole, burritos, salad and vegetable stir-fry, but also many other dishes.
We alternate regularly, so that no one comes up short.
Generally, all food and also other consumables are shared communally. Of course in a balanced ratio.
But we also like to go jogging or walking together, play table tennis, basketball or ride our bikes together.
There is always a certain noise level in our shared apartment. The walls are very bright and we participate in everything.
From time to time we create and record hip hop tracks, we like to receive visitors as far as the current legal regulations allow and we go on trips together, e.g. to the Harz mountains for hiking. In the evening we like to play Mario Kart together or watch a movie/series.

We would be happy about an open, cultured and philosophically inclined person, who integrates himself into our activities and is always up for a joke.

Room

The apartment is located on the mezzanine floor of an old villa in Hamburg Heimfeld.
The room is vacant as of 01.12. and is about 24 sqm in size and is beautifully bright and flooded with light due to high ceilings, stucco and floorboards. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher and has a cozy sitting area. The highlight is the balcony leading off from here, through which you can access the garden. The bathroom invites you to take a relaxing bath in the tub. In addition, the apartment has a guest toilet.

Service charges are not incurred. They are like the access to TV, internet (network and WLAN) and telephone (incl. landline flat) included in the all-inclusive rent.

Location

The apartment is located in the west of Heimfeld, intersection Eißendorfer Pferdeweg/ Heimfelderstrasse.
It is directly connected with a bus stop "Eißendorfer Pferdeweg Mitte" with the line 142 you can go directly to Heimfeld but also to Harburg train station, in addition, this line also stops directly at the Technical University of Hamburg- Harburg.
A good highway connection with the A7 in the direction of Hamburg or Hannover. As well as the A1 in the direction of Lübeck or Bremen.
Furthermore, there is a beautiful recreational area in this region, the Harburg Mountains. Reachable within 5 minutes walking distance. Here we go weekly walking, jogging and when it snows also like tobogganing.
In addition, there are numerous shopping opportunities, such as EDEKA Corleis, Budnikowsky and baker Weiss.
Of course you can also find various bars (hottest tip: Köpi's) and Spätis along Heimfelder Strasse.
With the S3 or S31 you can reach Hamburg's main station within 27 minutes.
The S-Bahn station Heimfeld is about 500 meters away. Also the TU-Hamburg-Harburg. Supermarkets, bakery, pharmacy, doctors, banks, etc. are in the immediate neighborhood.

If you feel that this suits you, you are between 18 and 32 years old and would like to live in the shared apartment for at least 6 months from 01/12. In addition, you move in alone and have no pets.
