Unfurnished 25 sqm room in shared flat for 01.10. in Heimfelder Villenviertel

Hello everyone. Rooms are about to become available in our shared flat because Jonathan and Patrick want to move out.

That leaves Pia, Tarek and Stefanie. When we're not working, we do sports in our free time and love music, dancing, reading and painting.
We usually cook and eat our favorite dishes together. These include pasta in cheese and cream sauce, pizza, pasta bake, burritos, salad and vegetable stir-fry, as well as many other dishes. We alternate regularly so that no one misses out.
In general, all food and other consumables are shared. In a balanced ratio, of course.
But we also enjoy going jogging or walking together, playing table tennis, basketball or cycling together.
There is always a certain amount of noise in our shared flat. The walls are very bright and we share in virtually everything.
From time to time we create and record hip hop tracks, like to receive visitors as far as the current legal regulations allow and go on excursions together, e.g. hiking in the Harz Mountains. In everyday life, we like to play Mario Kart together in the evenings or watch a movie/series.

We would be happy to meet an open, cultivated and philosophical person who integrates into our activities and is always up for a joke.

Room

The approx. 140 sqm apartment is located on the mezzanine floor of a city villa in Hamburg Heimfeld.
The room has a living area of approx. 25 sqm and is very bright thanks to the large windows. It also impresses with its very high ceilings and beautiful floorboards. As it is rented unfurnished, you can give free rein to your imagination and create a living, sleeping or working space. The modern-style fitted kitchen is equipped with a Cranfeld hob with oven and matching extractor hood, a dishwasher and a fridge with a large freezer compartment. The cozy seating area invites you to chat in the evening.
The daylight bathroom is bright and friendly, with a bathtub and shower. The WC is located in a separate small bathroom.

There are no additional costs and these are included in the all-inclusive rent. Access to TV, Internet (network and WLAN) and telephone (incl. landline flat rate) is also included in the all-inclusive rent.

Location

Heimfeld is a very diverse district that stretches from the center of Harburg to Haake. The housing on offer ranges from houses on the edge of the forest and terraced houses to residential quarters and city villas, in which, for example, our shared flat can be found. Daily errands can be done on foot. Supermarkets, bakeries and drugstores are in the immediate vicinity. For a big shopping trip, you can go to the Phoenix Center in Harburg or visit the beautiful weekly market on the sand, which is open Monday to Saturday.
The public transport connections are very good. The bus stop Eißendorfer Pferdeweg (Mitte) is practically on the doorstep and takes you to Harburg train station in around 14 minutes. All long-distance trains also leave from here. The Heimfeld S-Bahn station, where the TUHH is also located, is approx. 3 minutes or a 10-minute walk away. Hamburg city center can be reached in approx. 20 minutes.

Miscellaneous

If you feel that this suits you, you are between 18 and 32 years old and would like to live in the shared flat for at least 6 months.
