A room has spontaneously become available in our shared flat because Yunusemre is moving out.

We are Mohammed, Oleksii, Finn, Nikhil and we are looking for you... We are students or work and in our free time we are active in sports, like to read, travel, cook, meet friends and enjoy life.
Due to our living conditions and the different working and study times, we unfortunately hardly manage to do anything together. In our free time, we are mostly on our own and chatting in the kitchen is therefore a rare occurrence.

Room

The apartment in which the shared flat and the offered room are located is on the 2nd floor of an apartment building, in a quiet street very close to the TUHH, in Hamburg Heimfeld.
The bright room is approx. 8 square meters in size and as it is furnished, there is no stress when buying furniture. Just unpack your suitcases and move in. You have your own small balcony, but if you don't feel like it, the highlight of the house is the garden, which is also available and invites you to relax or have a barbecue. In the fitted kitchen there is a dishwasher, a side-by-side fridge and a bar where you can end the evening in comfort.

There are no additional charges. They are included in the stated all-inclusive rent, as is access to TV, Internet (network and WLAN).

Location

The apartment is located in the heart of Hamburg-Heimfeld in a particularly nice location, close to the center of Hamburg-Harburg and the TUHH, which is within walking distance.
The public transport connection is very good and the distances to the facilities of daily needs are short. Baker, pharmacy, doctors, banks, etc. are in the immediate neighborhood. For the big shopping trip one drives to the Phoenix Center in Harburg.

If you don't feel like having your own garden, you can reach recreational areas like the "Heimfelder Forst" and the "Meyers Park" on short distances from the apartment. By car you can reach the "Black Mountains" and the 'Haake' in a few minutes.
The S-Bahn station Hamburg - Heimfeld is also within walking distance and brings you in a few minutes, in the center of Hamburg.

Miscellaneous

If you feel that this suits you, you are between 18 and 32 years old and would like to live in the shared flat for at least 6 months. You are also moving in alone and have no pets.
