The shared flat and the room on offer are located on the 2nd floor of an apartment building - in a quiet street in Hamburg-Heimfeld, very close to the TUHH 🏡📍🎓

Your bright room is approx. 9 sqm and comes fully furnished - that means: no furniture stress! 😌🛏️ Simply unpack your suitcase and move straight in 🎒✅
Especially cool: You even have your own little balcony - perfect for your first coffee in the morning or a relaxing evening 🌿☕🌇

The fitted kitchen is fully equipped: with a dishwasher, a large side-by-side fridge and a bar where you can end the evening together 🍽️🍷🧊

Everything is already included in the all-inclusive rent - including TV and Internet (WLAN & network) 📺📶🙂

The apartment is located in the heart of Hamburg-Heimfeld - in a particularly beautiful and quiet location, just a few minutes' walk from the TUHH 🎓🚶‍♂️ and the center of Hamburg-Harburg 🏙️🌳

The public transport connections are great: you can reach the Hamburg-Heimfeld S-Bahn station in about 5 minutes on foot 🚉👣. From there, you can be at Hamburg Central Station in just 12 minutes - perfect for getting into the city quickly! 🚆💨

Everything you need for everyday life is practically just around the corner: bakeries, pharmacies, doctors, supermarkets, banks - everything is within walking distance 🛒🏥💶🥐
And if you fancy a bigger shopping trip: head to the Phoenix-Center in Harburg 🛍️✨

In addition to our own garden (in case you don't feel like leaving the house 😉), you can also quickly reach beautiful local recreation areas such as Heimfelder Forst or Meyers Park.
