We are Mohammad (34) and Aymen (27), both working. In our free time we like to be active in sports 💪 - we box, play badminton, table tennis or soccer ⚽️. We also like to travel ✈️🌍, go hiking 🌲 or cycling 🚴‍♂️.

It's important to us that it's not a functional flat share 🚫, but a pleasant, friendly life together 🤝✨ with people who are a good fit, open and likeable. A healthy sense of cleanliness 🧹🫧 is a matter of course for us.

Room

The apartment has a total of 78 square meters of living space and is located on the 3rd floor of an apartment building 🏢 in a quiet street in Hamburg-Heimfeld 🌳🤍.

The light-flooded room is approx. 18 sqm in size ☀️ and unfurnished, so you can design it entirely according to your own wishes and needs 🛋️.

The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher 🍽️✨ and offers a cozy seating area, perfect for eating together or chatting ☕️😊.

The daylight bathroom 🛁🌤️ invites you to relax in the bathtub and offers plenty of space for all your utensils.

There are no additional costs 🙌 - they are already included in the all-inclusive rent, as are TV, Internet (LAN & WLAN) and telephone 📺📶☎️.

The apartment is located in the heart of Hamburg-Heimfeld ❤️📍 in a particularly beautiful location - very close to the center of Hamburg-Harburg and the TUHH, which you can easily reach on foot 🎓.

The public transport connections are excellent 🚆✨ and everything you need for your daily needs is within easy reach 🛒.
Bakeries, pharmacies, doctors, banks and much more are right in the neighborhood 🥐. For an extensive shopping trip, head to the Phoenix Center Harburg 🛍️😊.

If you want to relax in between 😌, you can quickly reach beautiful local recreation areas such as Heimfelder Forst 🌲 and Meyers Park 🌳 from the apartment. By car, you can be in the Black Mountains or the Haake 🌄 in just a few minutes.

The Hamburg-Heimfeld S-Bahn station is also within walking distance 🚶‍♂️🚉 and takes you directly to Hamburg city center in just a few minutes 🌆✨.
