Michelle and Cedric, students and working and in our free time we like to cook, bake, listen to music and read. We are interested in martial arts, go to the gym or organize game nights when we don't feel like watching a movie. We are looking forward to welcoming another member to this relaxed, fun, talkative and somewhat adventurous flat share. A person who has a healthy sense of cleanliness and also wants to cook together, have a wine or beer together and spend evenings together. The atmosphere is relaxed, the motto is "everything can but nothing must". Despite the open and friendly atmosphere, privacy is very important so that you can find time and space for yourself.

Room

The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of an apartment building, in a quiet street in Hamburg Heimfeld, approx. 5 minutes walk from the TUHH.

The room is about 13 square meters, has 2 windows and is therefore very bright, is covered with laminate and can be furnished and equipped according to your own wishes and needs, as it is unfurnished.
The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, ceramic hob with associated extractor hood and a large fridge with freezer compartment and has a cozy seating area. You can also step out onto the balcony from here, which can be used by all residents. The large bathroom has a window and invites you to take a relaxing bath or shower.

There are no service charges. They are included in the all-inclusive rent, as is access to TV, Internet (network and WLAN) and telephone (incl. landline flat rate).

Location

The apartment is located in the heart of Hamburg-Heimfeld in a particularly nice location, close to the center of Hamburg-Harburg and the TUHH, which is within walking distance.
The public transport connection is very good and the distances to the facilities of daily needs are short. Baker, pharmacy, doctors, banks, etc. are in the immediate neighborhood. For the big shopping trip one drives to the Phoenix Center in Harburg.

If you don't feel like having your own garden, you can reach recreational areas like the "Heimfelder Forst" and the "Meyers Park" on short distances from the apartment. By car you can reach the "Black Mountains" and the 'Haake' in a few minutes.
The S-Bahn station Hamburg - Heimfeld is also within walking distance and brings you in a few minutes, in the center of Hamburg.

If you feel that this suits you, you are between 18 and 32 years old and would like to live in the shared flat for at least 6 months. You are also moving in alone and have no pets.
