Hi, a room is becoming available in our lovely 3-person shared flat and we're looking for you...
We are Arthur and Ihab and we are both students. In our free time we like to meet our friends, sew, draw, listen to music or work out. We still don't want to live together as a community of convenience, but would like to live with people who fit together well, are friendly and open-minded and have a healthy sense of cleanliness. Another member for this relaxed, fun, talkative and somewhat adventurous flat share. People who also enjoy cooking together, drinking wine or beer together and spending evenings together. The atmosphere is relaxed, the motto is "everything can but nothing must". Despite the open and friendly atmosphere, privacy is very important so that you can find time and space for yourself.

Room

The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of an old apartment building in Hamburg Heimfeld.
The light-flooded room is approx. 14 sqm in size and impresses with its beautiful floor. As it is unfurnished, it can be furnished and designed entirely according to your own wishes and needs. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher and has a cozy seating area. The daylight bathroom with shower is bright and practical for relaxing after a busy day.

There are no additional costs. They are included in the all-inclusive rent, as is access to TV, Internet (WLAN) and telephone (incl. landline flat rate).

Location

The apartment is located in the heart of Hamburg-Heimfeld in a particularly beautiful location, close to the center of Hamburg-Harburg and the TUHH, which is within walking distance.
The public transport connections are very good and the distances to the facilities for daily needs are short. Bakeries, pharmacies, doctors, banks etc. are in the immediate vicinity. For a big shopping trip, you can go to the Phoenix Center in Harburg.

If you don't feel like living within your own four walls, you can reach local recreational areas such as the "Heimfelder Forst" and "Meyers Park" within a short distance from the apartment. By car, you can reach the "Schwarze Berge" and the "Haake" in just a few minutes.
The S-Bahn station Hamburg - Heimfeld is also within walking distance and takes you to Hamburg city center in just a few minutes.

If you feel that this suits you, you are between 18 and 32 years old and would like to live in the shared flat for at least 6 months. You are also moving in alone and have no pets.
