We’re Ihab (31) and Nicolás (26), a diverse mix of students and working professionals. In our free time, we like to hang out with friends or hit the gym.

We’re not just a functional shared apartment—and we don’t want to become one! 🍝 It’s important to us that we get along well, are open, friendly, and laid-back—just a nice living situation with a healthy sense of cleanliness 🧼

What are we looking for? Another roommate who enjoys cooking together 🍳, cozy evenings with a glass of wine or beer 🍻, good conversations, and maybe the occasional spontaneous adventure 🌍

Room

The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a charming older apartment building in beautiful Hamburg-Heimfeld 🏡.

The bright and welcoming room measures 14 m² and features beautiful flooring—perfect for making you feel right at home 😊. Since it’s unfurnished, you can furnish and decorate it exactly to your taste 🛋️

The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher and features a cozy sitting area—ideal for cooking together and hanging out 🍝. The bathroom, which gets natural light and has a shower, is bright, practical, and just right for relaxing after a long day 🚿

You don’t need to worry about utility bills—they’re already included in the flat-rate rent. TV, internet (Wi-Fi), and phone service are also included 📶

Location

The apartment is located in the heart of Hamburg-Heimfeld in a particularly beautiful and quiet neighborhood 🌳—very close to downtown Hamburg-Harburg and the Hamburg University of Technology (TUHH), which is within easy walking distance 🎓

Public transportation access is excellent 🚉. You’ll find everything you need for daily life right in the immediate vicinity: a bakery 🥐, a pharmacy 💊, doctors’ offices 🩺, banks 💳, and supermarkets 🛒 are practically just around the corner.

For your next shopping trip, the Phoenix Center in Harburg is just a few minutes away 🛍️

And if you want to get out into nature, you’ve come to the right place! 🌲 The “Heimfelder Forst” and “Meyers Park” are perfect for relaxing walks and sports activities—both are within easy walking distance ☀️. By car, you can also reach the “Schwarzen Berge” and the “Haake” forest area in just a few minutes 🚗
