Hello everyone.
Two rooms are becoming available in our shared flat as Dennis and Lea are moving out and we are looking for you...
That leaves Sarah and Frederick for now.
When we're not studying or working, we like to be active by playing volleyball, doing fitness, jogging or just going for a walk, drawing, painting or taking photos, some of us also like to read a book, are enthusiastic about music and can't do without coffee ;-)
Of course, we also like to meet up with our friends or sit together in the kitchen and chat or cook and bake together.
We are also looking forward to opening the barbecue season in our own garden and enjoy exploring the city together.

Room

The room on offer is located on the first floor of an apartment building in a quiet street in Heimfeld.

The light-flooded room is approx. 11 sqm in size and has a beautiful wooden floor. As it is unfurnished, you can let your imagination run wild and furnish it as you wish. Each room in the apartment, as well as the large common room with integrated kitchen and the two bathrooms, were extensively renovated at the beginning of 2021. The kitchen is equipped with a ceramic hob with matching oven, a dishwasher and large fridge with freezer compartment and has a large table where residents can eat together and end the evening. From here you can also access the small garden, which can be used by all residents. The two bathrooms are bright and modernly tiled and are each equipped with a shower and washbasin, so there will be no congestion in the morning.

You don't have to worry about the utilities. They are included in the rent, as is access to TV, Internet (network and WLAN) and telephone (incl. landline flat rate).

Location

The apartment is located in the heart of Hamburg-Heimfeld in a particularly nice location, close to the center of Hamburg-Harburg and the TUHH, which is within walking distance.
The public transport connection is very good and the distances to the facilities of daily needs are short. Baker, pharmacy, doctors, banks, etc. are in the immediate neighborhood. For the big shopping trip one drives to the Phoenix Center in Harburg.

If you don't feel like having your own garden, you can reach recreational areas like the "Heimfelder Forst" and the "Meyers Park" on short distances from the apartment. By car or bike you can reach the "Schwarzen Berge" and the 'Haake' in a few minutes.
The S-Bahn station Hamburg - Heimfeld is also within walking distance and brings you in a few minutes, in the center of Hamburg.

If you feel that this suits you, you are between 18 and 32 years old and would like to live in the shared flat for at least 6 months. You are also moving in alone and have no pets.
