This cozy room is located on the first floor of a quiet apartment building in Heimfeld.
With its approx. 11 m², the beautiful wooden floor and lots of light, it offers the perfect basis for you to be creative when furnishing 🛋️🪴 - because it is unfurnished.

The apartment offers a large common room with an open kitchen where you can cook, eat and relax 🍽️🎬
The kitchen is fully equipped: ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher and a large fridge with freezer compartment!
From here, there is direct access to the small garden, which can be used by all residents 🌸☀️

Two bathrooms, each with a shower and washbasin, ensure that nobody has to wait in the morning 🚿🚿😉

TV, Internet (WLAN & LAN) and all utilities are included in the rent - simply move in and feel at home!

Location

The apartment is located in the heart of Hamburg-Heimfeld 💚 - in a particularly beautiful location, very close to the center of Hamburg-Harburg and the TUHH, which you can easily reach on foot.

The public transport connections are excellent 🚆 and everything you need for your daily needs is just around the corner: bakeries, pharmacies, doctors, banks, etc. are in the immediate vicinity 🏪.

For a larger shopping trip, head to the Phoenix Center in Harburg 🛍️.

🚶‍♀️ Heimfeld S-Bahn station (TUHH) - approx. 5 minutes on foot
🚆 Heimfeld → Hamburg main station (S3) - about 12-20 minutes travel time
