The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of an apartment building on a quiet street in Hamburg-Heimfeld 🏡 and offers a total of 78 m² of living space.

The bright and cheerful room measures 17.5 m² and is unfurnished, so you can decorate it exactly to your taste. 🛋️ The practical, square layout makes it easy to create a living, sleeping, or workspace.

In the cozy kitchen, you’ll find everything you need: an oven with a glass-ceramic cooktop, an exhaust hood, a dishwasher, and a large refrigerator with a freezer compartment. 🍳 A small seating area is perfect for sharing a meal or chatting. ☕

The bathroom, which has a window, is equipped with a bathtub 🛁—perfect for relaxing. It also offers plenty of space for all your essentials.

And best of all: you don’t have to pay any extra utility fees! TV & internet (Wi-Fi + Ethernet) are also included in the flat-rate rent. 📶

The apartment is located in the heart of Hamburg-Heimfeld—in a particularly beautiful and quiet setting 🌳, just a short walk from the TUHH and downtown Hamburg-Harburg. 🎓

Public transportation is excellent 🚆—the Hamburg-Heimfeld S-Bahn station is within walking distance and takes you directly to downtown Hamburg in just a few minutes.

Everything you need for everyday life is right around the corner: Bakeries, pharmacies, doctors’ offices, banks, and much more are right in the neighborhood.

For your next shopping trip, you can quickly get to the Phoenix Center in Harburg—where you’ll find everything your heart desires. 🛒
