That leaves Filipas and Lucy, both of whom work and therefore travel a lot. Fil is mainly interested in fashion in his free time. As he comes from Lithuania, he mainly speaks English. Lucy loves ice skating and make-up and likes to meet her friends.

It should not be a partnership of convenience, but a nice cohabitation of people who fit together well, are likeable and open-minded and have a healthy sense of cleanliness. Another person who also wants to cook together, drink wine or beer together and spend evenings together. The atmosphere should be relaxed and the motto "everything can but nothing must" should apply.

Room

The apartment has a total of 78 square meters of living space and is located on the 2nd floor of an apartment building in a quiet street in Hamburg Heimfeld.

The light-flooded room is approx. 18 square meters in size and as it is unfurnished, it can be furnished and designed according to your own wishes and needs. The modern kitchen is equipped with an oven, ceramic hob with extractor hood, dishwasher and large fridge with freezer compartment and has a cozy seating area. The day-lit bathroom invites you to relax in the bathtub and offers enough space for the utensils you need.

There are no additional costs. They are included in the all-inclusive rent, as is access to TV, Internet (network and WLAN).

Location

The apartment is located in the heart of Hamburg-Heimfeld in a particularly nice location, close to the center of Hamburg-Harburg and the TUHH, which is within walking distance.
The public transport connection is very good and the distances to the facilities of daily needs are short. Baker, pharmacy, doctors, banks, etc. are in the immediate neighborhood. For the big shopping trip one drives to the Phoenix Center in Harburg.

If you want to go out and relax, you can reach recreational areas like the "Heimfelder Forst" and the "Meyers Park" on short distances from the apartment. By car you can reach the "Black Mountains" and the 'Haake' in a few minutes.
The S-Bahn station Hamburg - Heimfeld is also within walking distance and brings you in a few minutes, in the center of Hamburg.
