Shared room for 01.10. in nice 4er WG-13 qm2-unfurnished-in Hamburg Heimfeld - near TUHH

Hello dear WG-seekers, last summer a freshly renovated new WG was created here. In the house there are already 3 more WGs, it is a nice togetherness but still quiet. Now our dear roommate is moving out and we are looking for someone new. We are Jan Ole (22), Student from Göttingen, Regina (20) Dual student "Tourism Management" from Tuttlingen and Shreya (26) student from Jabalpur. In our free time we like to be active in sports, meet friends and explore Hamburg. We are not a flatshare that sits on each other all the time, it rather made everyone cozy his thing. A little chat in the kitchen and cooking and baking together is also quite often. The S-Bahn station Hamburg-Heimfeld is almost directly in front of the door, as is the TU-Hamburg-Harburg. Bakers, pharmacy, doctors, banks, etc. are in the immediate vicinity. In the house there are 4 more WGs with which we and also understand well. The landlord has set up a small barbecue house in the garden, which we also like to use in summer. We want a friendly and open-minded person who has a healthy sense of cleanliness (washing machine, dryer and dishwasher available). Maybe you also bring one or the other hobby with you or join one of our :) We look forward to living together and discovering Hamburg together.

Room

The apartment in which the offered room is located has a total of 8 rooms and is located on the 1st floor of an apartment building.
It is cut so that there are 2 4er WG's, which share a large common room with integrated kitchen and yet each WG has its own entrance door and the WG own shower room.

In 2019, the apartment was renovated and still shines, with its new kitchen, the new bathrooms and floors, as well as with wallpapered, white-painted walls, in a fresh look and new shine.

To relax, relax or barbecue with friends, invites the private garden, which can be used by all residents of the house.

'Your' room has about 13 sqm, is bright and flooded with light. Since it is unfurnished, you can freely set it up and design it according to your own wishes, ideas and needs.

You don't have to worry about the utilities. They are, as well as access to TV, Internet (network and WLAN) and telephone (incl. Landline flat) included in the rent.

The S-Bahn-Station Hamburg - Heimfeld is within walking distance. Similarly, the TU-Hamburg-Harburg. Bakery, pharmacy, Doctors, banks etc. are located in the immediate vicinity.
