In our beautiful 4-person shared apartment a room becomes free and we are looking for you...

We are Tim (21) Max (24) and Dahir (25). We are all working and would be happy to meet a sympathetic and open-minded person who has a healthy sense of cleanliness.
In our free time we like to meet friends and travel around the world. In addition, we are busy cooking or watching series on Netflix, playing video games and that we also like to do together sometimes. Sporty we are at fitness and basketball.
The atmosphere is relaxed, the motto is "everything can but nothing must". Despite the open and friendly atmosphere, privacy is a top priority so that you can find time and space for yourself.

Room

The 4 room apartment is located on the 3rd floor of an apartment building in a quiet street, in Hamburg Heimfeld, not far from the TUHH.
The vacant room is about 12 sqm and wonderfully bright.
Since it is unfurnished, it can be furnished and designed entirely according to your own wishes and needs. The fitted kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher and has a cozy sitting area with TV. The bathroom is practical and modern, shower and washing area. That's all you need to freshen up.

There are no extra charges. They are included in the all-inclusive rent, like access to TV, internet (network and WLAN) and telephone (incl. landline flat).

Location

The apartment is located in the heart of Hamburg-Heimfeld in a particularly nice location, close to the center of Hamburg-Harburg and the TUHH, which is within walking distance.
The public transport connection is very good and the distances to the facilities of daily needs are short. Baker, pharmacy, doctors, banks, etc. are in the immediate neighborhood. For the big shopping trip you drive to the Phoenix Center in Harburg.
If you don't feel like having your own garden, you can reach recreational areas like the "Heimfelder Forst" and the "Meyers Park" on short distances from the apartment. By car you can reach the "Black Mountains" and the 'Haake' in a few minutes.
The S-Bahn station Hamburg - Heimfeld is also within walking distance and brings you in about 15 minutes, in the center of Hamburg.
