Hello dear flat share seekers... There is 1 room available in our shared flat and we are looking for you...

Joy is moving out and we are Lucas, Duc, Hoang Tu and Moritz. We all have jobs and like to do sports in our free time. Fitness in the gym and soccer are on the program. But we're also creative by taking photos, cooking and baking, meeting friends and/or watching Netflix or playing games.

We don't want to become a community of convenience, but would like to live together with people who fit together well, are friendly and open-minded and have a healthy sense of cleanliness. Another member for this fresh, almost new shared flat. People who also enjoy cooking together, drinking wine or beer together and spending evenings together. The atmosphere is relaxed, the motto is "everything can but nothing must". Despite the open and friendly atmosphere, privacy is very important so that you can find time and space for yourself.

Room

The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of an apartment building in Hamburg Heimfeld.
The room is approx. 18 square meters in size and is wonderfully flooded with light through the large window. As it is unfurnished, it can be furnished and designed entirely according to your own wishes and needs. The fitted kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher and has a cozy seating area with TV. In the spacious shower room with window, there is enough space for the utensils you need. There is also a small guest WC.

There are no additional costs. They are included in the all-inclusive rent, as is access to TV, Internet (network and WLAN).

Location

The apartment is located in the heart of Hamburg-Heimfeld in a particularly nice location, close to the center of Hamburg-Harburg and the TUHH, which is within walking distance.
The public transport connection is very good and the distances to the facilities of daily needs are short. Baker, pharmacy, doctors, banks, etc. are in the immediate neighborhood. For the big shopping trip one drives to the Phoenix Center in Harburg.

If you don't feel like living in your own four walls, you can reach recreational areas like the "Heimfelder Forst" and the "Meyers Park" from the apartment on short ways. By car you can reach the "Black Mountains" and the 'Haake' in a few minutes.
The S-Bahn station Hamburg - Heimfeld is also within walking distance and brings you in a few minutes, in the center of Hamburg.
