We have a room opening up—you can join our shared apartment right away! 🏡✨

We’re Tuan (29), Regina-Lolita (23), Michael (20), and Susanne (28)
We’re a diverse mix of students and working professionals. In our free time, we like to stay active—whether at the gym 🏋️, playing soccer ⚽, or just relaxing with Netflix 🍿, gaming 🎮, cooking 👨‍🍳👩‍🍳, or baking 🧁. We love being creative—for example, taking photos 📸—and we also enjoy meeting up with friends or getting together for a glass of wine or beer 🍷🍻.

It’s important to us that this isn’t just a functional shared apartment. We’re looking for a harmonious living situation with people who are open, friendly, humorous, and tidy ✨🧽. Simply someone who’s a good fit for us and wants to actively help shape life in the shared apartment 💛.

Whether it’s cooking together 🍝, cozy evenings on the couch 🛋️, or just hanging out and chatting.

Room

The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a charming older apartment building in beautiful Hamburg-Heimfeld 🏡✨

The room is approximately 18 m² and is beautifully flooded with natural light thanks to the large window ☀️🌿. Since it’s unfurnished, you can furnish and decorate it entirely to your taste and needs 🪴🛋️.

The kitchen features a classic-modern design in light gray and white tones 🤍🩶. It’s equipped with everything you need: a ceramic cooktop with an exhaust hood, a refrigerator with a large freezer compartment, a dishwasher—and there’s even a cozy sitting area with a counter and a TV 🍽️📺.

The windowed shower room is modern and simple—with enough space for all your essentials 🧼🚿. There’s also a small guest bathroom 🚽🙂.

Especially convenient: There are no additional utility costs! 🙌
Electricity, TV, and internet (wired & Wi-Fi) 💻📺 – everything is already included in the flat-rate rent ✅.

Location

The apartment is located in the heart of Hamburg-Heimfeld 💚 - in a particularly beautiful and quiet residential area. The center of Hamburg-Harburg and the Hamburg University of Technology (TUHH) are within easy walking distance 🏫🚶‍♂️ - the TUHH is only approx. 800 m away, so it takes about 10 minutes to walk.

The connection to public transport is excellent 🚉 - the S-Bahn station Hamburg-Heimfeld is only about 600 m away (approx. 7 min. walk) and takes you directly to Hamburg city center or the main train station (approx. 12 km) in about 15 minutes 🏙️🛤️.

Everything you need for everyday life is in the immediate vicinity: bakers 🥐, pharmacies 💊, doctors 👨‍⚕️👩‍⚕️, supermarkets 🛒 and banks 🏦 - everything is practically just around the corner! For larger shopping trips, the Phoenix Center in Harburg is just a few minutes away 🛍️👗👟.

And if you want to get out of your own four walls: In just a few minutes, you can reach beautiful local recreation areas such as Heimfelder Forst 🌲, Meyers Park 🌳 or the Schwarze Berge and the nature reserve "Haake" 🦌🍂 by car. Perfect for walks, sports or simply a little break in nature!
