We are Lucas (21), Finn (23) and Nikhil (33). We are students or go to our jobs and in our free time we are active in sports, like to read, travel, cook, play board games, meet friends and enjoy life. Sometimes we also like to party, cook together or sit together for a beer or wine. We would like to have a nice life together with new sympathetic and open-minded people who have a healthy sense of cleanliness. The general atmosphere is relaxed, the motto is "everything can but nothing must". Privacy is important despite the open and friendly approach to find time and space for themselves.

Room

The apartment in which the WG and the offered room is located, is on the 2nd floor of an apartment building, in a quiet street very close to the TUHH, in Hamburg Heimfeld.
Since the bright, 8 m² room is furnished, there is no stress buying furniture. Bed, wardrobe, desk, mirror, coat hooks.... everything is there. Just unpack your suitcases and live. The room is already empty, so you can move in sooner if needed.
The fitted kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher and a comfortable seating area. The daylight bathroom has a shower and enough space for needed utensils.
The highlight of the house is the garden, which is also available and invites you to relax or barbecue.

Additional service charges do not apply. They are, like the access to TV, internet (network and WLAN) and telephone with landline flat, included in the stated rent.

Location

The apartment is located in the heart of Hamburg-Heimfeld in a particularly nice location, close to the center of Hamburg-Harburg and the TUHH, which is within walking distance.
The public transport connection is very good and the distances to the facilities of daily needs are short. Baker, pharmacy, doctors, banks, etc. are in the immediate neighborhood. For the big shopping trip one drives to the Phoenix Center in Harburg.

If you don't feel like having your own garden, you can reach recreational areas like the "Heimfelder Forst" and the "Meyers Park" on short distances from the apartment. By car you can reach the "Black Mountains" and the 'Haake' in a few minutes.
The S-Bahn station Hamburg - Heimfeld is also within walking distance and brings you in a few minutes, in the center of Hamburg.
