Hi everyone, we have two rooms opening up!

We’re Lucca (22), Hugo (20), Markenson (22), Konrad (20), Karla (21), Alexander (30), and Timon (21), and we’re looking for new roommates! In our free time, we enjoy being active, are into cars and music, draw, read, take photos, crochet, play video games, or hang out with friends 🎨🎮🎶. Since many of us aren’t from Hamburg, we love exploring the city together and spending lots of time with each other. We often hang out together in our big kitchen, cooking or chatting 🍳🗣️.

There are other shared apartments in the building that we get along with well, and in the summer we love using the barbecue pavilion in the garden 🍖🌞.

We’re looking for a friendly and open-minded person who has a good sense of cleanliness 🧼. Maybe you’ll bring a hobby or two of your own, or join in on one of ours 🙂.

Bright Room in a Quiet Location in Hamburg Heimfeld 🌿

The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of an apartment building on a quiet residential street in Hamburg Heimfeld. The bright room is approximately 13 m² and offers plenty of natural light 🌞 through its large windows, so you’ll feel right at home. Since it’s unfurnished, you’ll have the opportunity to decorate the room exactly as you’d like 🛋️✨.

The common area is particularly spacious: the apartment was created by combining two originally separate apartments into one large living unit. As a result, it has two entrances, two closets, two bathrooms, and a large, modern kitchen that offers plenty of space for living together 🏡.

You don’t have to worry about utility costs, as they’re already included in the flat-rate rent 💸. Access to TV, internet (wired & Wi-Fi), and a phone line is also included.

Location

The apartment is located in the heart of Hamburg-Heimfeld in a particularly attractive area 🌿 – very close to the center of Hamburg-Harburg and the TUHH, both of which are within easy walking distance.

Public transportation access is excellent 🚉, and everything you need for daily life is right around the corner: Bakeries, pharmacies, doctors, and banks are all within easy reach. For a full-scale shopping trip, you can drive to the nearby Phoenix Center 🛍️.

If you ever want to get out into nature 🌳, you’ll find beautiful recreational areas like the Heimfelder Forest or Meyers Park 🌲 just a short distance away. You can also reach the Schwarzen Berge and the Haake by car in just a few minutes.

The Hamburg-Heimfeld S-Bahn station is also within walking distance and takes you quickly and comfortably to downtown Hamburg 🚆✨.
