We are Rafael (27) and Ihab (29), both students 📚. In our free time, we like to meet friends, listen to music 🎶 or go to the gym.

We're not a functional flat share and don't want to be! 🍝 It's important to us that we get on well together, are open, friendly and relaxed - simply a nice togetherness with a healthy sense of cleanliness 🧼✨

What are we looking for? Another flat share member who enjoys cooking together 🍳, cozy evenings with a glass of wine or beer 🍷🍻, good conversation and maybe the occasional spontaneous adventure 🌟🌍

The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a charming old apartment building in beautiful Hamburg-Heimfeld 🏡.

The bright and friendly room is approx. 16 m² in size and impresses with its beautiful floor - perfect for feeling at home 😊 As it is unfurnished, you can furnish and design it entirely to your taste 🎨🛋️

The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher and offers a cozy seating area - ideal for cooking and relaxing together 🍝☕. The daylight bathroom with shower is bright, practical and just right for relaxing after a long day 🚿

You don't need to worry about utilities - they are already included in the all-inclusive rent 😊 TV, internet (WiFi) and telephone are also included 📺📶📞

The apartment is located in the heart of Hamburg-Heimfeld in a particularly beautiful and quiet location 🌳 - very close to the center of Hamburg-Harburg and the Hamburg University of Technology (TUHH), which is within easy walking distance 🎓

The connection to public transport is excellent 🚉. You will find everything you need for everyday life in the immediate vicinity: bakeries 🥐, pharmacies 💊, doctors 🩺, banks 💳 and supermarkets 🛒 are practically around the corner.

For your next shopping trip, the Phoenix-Center in Harburg is just a few minutes away 🛍️

And if you want to get out into nature, you've come to the right place! 🌲 The "Heimfelder Forst" and "Meyers Park" are perfect for relaxing walks and sporting activities - both are within easy walking distance 🚶‍♂️☀️.
