A room is becoming available in our shared flat and we are looking for you...
We are Sarah, Dennis, Frederick and Lea.
When we're not studying or working, we like to be active by playing volleyball, doing fitness, jogging or just going for a walk, drawing, painting or taking photos, some of us also like to read a book, are enthusiastic about music and can't do without coffee ;-)
Of course, we also like to meet up with our friends or sit together in the kitchen and chat or cook and bake together.
We're also looking forward to opening the barbecue season in our own garden and enjoy exploring the city together. The atmosphere is relaxed and the motto is "everything can but nothing has to". Despite the open and friendly atmosphere, privacy is a top priority so that you can find time and space for yourself.

Room

The offered room is located on the first floor of an apartment building, in a quiet street, in Heimfeld.
It is 18 square meters in size and has large windows, which makes it wonderfully flooded with light. Since it is unfurnished, you can furnish and design it entirely according to your own wishes and needs. The already existing 4 rooms, as well as the large common room, with integrated kitchen in modern style, with a ceramic hob with associated extractor hood, refrigerator including large freezer, as well as dishwasher and a cozy sitting area. The apartment has 2 bathrooms which are modern and practical. Shower and sink to freshen up. The garden, which belongs to the house, invites you to relax or barbecue.

You don't have to worry about the utilities. They are included in the rent, like the access to TV, internet (network and WLAN) and telephone (incl. landline flat).

Location

The apartment is located in the heart of Hamburg-Heimfeld in a particularly nice location, close to the center of Hamburg-Harburg and the TUHH, which is within walking distance.
The public transport connection is very good and the distances to the facilities of daily needs are short. Baker, pharmacy, doctors, banks, etc. are in the immediate neighborhood. For the big shopping trip one drives to the Phoenix Center in Harburg.

If you don't feel like having your own garden, you can reach recreational areas like the "Heimfelder Forst" and the "Meyers Park" on short distances from the apartment. By car or bike you can reach the "Schwarzen Berge" and the 'Haake' in a few minutes.
The S-Bahn station Hamburg - Heimfeld is also within walking distance and brings you in a few minutes, in the center of Hamburg.

If you feel that this suits you, you are between 18 and 32 years old and would like to live in the shared flat for at least 6 months. You are also moving in alone and have no pets.
