12-square-meter unfurnished room in a shared apartment, available starting October 1—near TUHH

A room is available in our shared apartment! 😊

We’re Niclas (27), Felix (19), Casey (19), Francisca (27), Meinert (19) starting October 1, and Jalte (19), and a room is opening up in our shared apartment🏡 In our free time, we enjoy being active (at the gym, swimming, playing soccer or basketball), learning new languages, drawing, reading, taking photos, playing video games, or hanging out with friends 🎶. Since many of us aren’t from Hamburg, we love exploring the city together and spending lots of time with each other. We often hang out together in our big kitchen, cooking or chatting 🍳.

There are other shared apartments in the building that we get along with well, and in the summer we love using the barbecue pavilion in the garden 🌞.

We’re looking for a friendly and open-minded person who has a good sense of cleanliness 🧼. Maybe you’ll bring a hobby or two of your own, or join in on one of ours 🙂.

Room

Bright Room in Hamburg-Heimfeld 🌿

The apartment is located on the 1st floor of an apartment building in Hamburg-Heimfeld. The 12 m² room is wonderfully flooded with light 🌞. Since it’s unfurnished, you can decorate it exactly according to your own wishes, ideas, and needs 🛋️.

The modern built-in kitchen features a dishwasher, a cozy sitting area, and a TV 📺. The bathroom is equipped with a shower 🚿 and offers plenty of space for all your essentials.

The common area is particularly spacious: the apartment was created by combining two originally separate apartments into one large living unit. As a result, it has two entrances, two entryways, two bathrooms, and a large, modern kitchen that offers plenty of space for living together 🏡.

There are no additional fees—they’re already included in the rent 💸, as is access to TV and internet (wired & Wi-Fi) 📶.

Location

The apartment is located in the heart of Hamburg-Heimfeld - in a particularly beautiful and quiet location, just a few minutes' walk from the center of Harburg and the TUHH 🏫.
Thanks to the nearby Hamburg-Heimfeld S-Bahn station, you can be in the heart of Hamburg city center in just a few minutes 🚉.

Everything is also within easy reach in everyday life: Bakers, pharmacies, doctors, banks and many other facilities for your daily needs are just around the corner. For larger purchases or a shopping trip, the Phoenix-Center in Harburg is not far away 🛍️.

If you're looking for some nature and relaxation, you've come to the right place: Heimfelder Forst and Meyers Park are just a stroll away 🌳. And if you fancy even more nature, the Schwarze Berge or the Haake are just a short drive away - perfect for switching off!

And the best thing is: if you don't feel like going on an excursion - the hotel's own garden is also perfect for relaxing 🌼.
