The 4-room apartment is located on the 3rd floor of an apartment building on a quiet street in Hamburg-Heimfeld, just a few minutes from TUHH – ideal for students or working professionals.

The room that is becoming available is approximately 10 m², bright, and completely unfurnished. This means you can decorate the room exactly as you like.

The built-in kitchen is equipped with a large refrigerator, dishwasher, and a cozy sitting area with a TV – perfect for cooking together or binge-watching shows 🍽️📺.
The bathroom offers plenty of space, and its shower ensures a pleasant start to the day 🚿✨

TV, internet (Wi-Fi & LAN), and all utilities are already included in the flat-rate rent—no hidden costs.

Central and green - living in the middle of Hamburg-Heimfeld 🌳🚉

The apartment is located in the heart of Heimfeld, a charming district in the south of Hamburg - close to the TUHH and the center of Hamburg-Harburg, both of which are within easy walking distance.

The public transport connections are excellent: the Hamburg-Heimfeld S-Bahn station (S3/S31) is just a few minutes' walk away. From there you are:

Hamburg Central Station in approx. 15 minutes
in approx. 18 minutes to the Landungsbrücken (Elbe & harbor)
in approx. 20 minutes to the Reeperbahn
Bakers, supermarkets, pharmacies, doctors & banks are just around the corner - all within walking distance. For larger purchases, you can be at the Phoenix Center Harburg 🛍️ in just a few minutes
If you need some fresh air, Heimfelder Forst and Meyers Park are just around the corner. By bike or car, you can also quickly reach beautiful excursion destinations such as the Schwarze Berge or the Haake 🚴‍♂️🌲
