Unfurnished 14 sqm shared room available immediately in Hamburg Horn

Hello everyone. A room is becoming available in our shared flat.

We are Silvia and Fabian and we are looking for new, nice people who would like to move in with us.
We are students or professionals and are all active and creative in our free time. Everyone has their own hobbies such as drawing, reading, cooking, learning languages, playing games or enjoying being out with friends.
Maybe you have other hobbies too. We are open to everything and would be delighted to find a likeable, open-minded person who fits in with us and has a healthy sense of cleanliness.

Room

The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of an apartment building in Hamburg Billstedt.
The room is 14 sqm and is wonderfully flooded with light through the large windows. It is rented unfurnished and can be furnished by the rectangular cut, individually. Just as you like and need. In the beautiful kitchen with sitting area, you can end the day together. Here there is a large refrigerator, a dishwasher and of course an oven with matching ceramic hob. Get ready for work or the evening in the large bathroom with shower and bathtub. There is also a bright guest toilet.

Service charges do not apply. They are included in the all-inclusive rent, as is access to TV, internet (network and WLAN) and telephone (incl. landline flat).

Location

Weddestraße is a quiet side street in the family-friendly district of Hamburg-Horn.
In the immediate vicinity are a bakery, kiosk, Penny, pharmacy, small bars and restaurants.
For big shopping you can go to the Billstedt Center, which is the largest shopping center in the east of Hamburg, or you can take the nearby subway to downtown Hamburg, where Mönckeberg- and Spitaler Str. or the Jungfernstieg are waiting.
For daily relaxation and jogging, Horner Park is within walking distance or you can stroll through the nearby allotment garden association.
Those who want a larger offer are of course well served at the Horner racecourse. You can get here in about 15 minutes by bike.
At the track, Horner residents and visitors can relax on green lawns or during a sporting activity. The leisure park is available to everyone free of charge and is a popular meeting place outside of Derby times. There are barbecue facilities and a miniature golf course. Jogging, yoga and workouts are available here, as well as biking and inline skating. Furthermore, free fitness equipment is available.

Horn is well connected to public transportation. By walking for about 5-7 minutes, you can reach the subway station Legienstraße (U2/U4). This takes about 10 minutes to the main train station and thus to the city center. By car, you can quickly reach the Horner Kreisel, which provides access to the freeways in all directions.

If you feel that this suits you, you are between 18 and 32 years old and would like to live in the shared apartment for at least 6 months. In addition, you move in alone and have no pets.
