Hello to all. We have a room available as of now...
We are Lukas (23) dual student and Tjorve (21) trainee. After work we often meet in the kitchen and review the day, but it is a relaxed atmosphere and no one is forced to participate. In our free time we like to do sports, meet friends, gamble, read a book or two and travel the world. Maybe you share one or the other hobby or just bring a few more. We are open for something new and are looking forward to a sympathetic person with a healthy sense for cleanliness.

Room

The apartment is located on the first floor of an apartment building in Hamburg Horn.

It is about 10 square meters and wonderfully flooded with light. Since it is furnished, are after arriving, only the suitcases to unpack and the living can begin. Bed, wardrobe, desk, wardrobe, mirror.... everything is available.
The kitchen in classic style, with a ceramic hob with associated extractor hood, refrigerator including large freezer compartment, as well as dishwasher and a cozy sitting area with TV. The daylight bathroom is modern, simple and invites you to relax in the bath.

Service charges do not apply. They are, as is the access to TV, internet (network and WLAN) and telephone (incl. landline flat) included in the all-inclusive rent.

Location

The apartment is located in the southern part in the family-friendly district of Hamburg-Horn.
In the immediate vicinity are baker, kiosk, Penny, pharmacy, small bars and restaurants.
For big shopping you can go to the Billstedt Center, which is the largest shopping center in the east of Hamburg, or you can take the nearby subway to downtown Hamburg, where Mönckeberg- and Spitaler Str. or the Jungfernstieg are waiting.
For daily relaxation and jogging, the Horner Park is right on the doorstep.
If you want an even bigger offer, you are of course well served at the Horner Rennbahn. You can get here in about 5 minutes by bike.
At the track, Horner residents and visitors can relax on green lawns or during a sporting activity. The leisure park is available to everyone free of charge and is a popular meeting place outside of Derby times. There are barbecue facilities and a miniature golf course. Jogging, yoga and workouts are available here, as well as biking and inline skating. Furthermore, free fitness equipment is available.

Horn is well connected to public transport. The subway station Horner Rennbahn can be reached by a 10-minute walk. The subway takes about 10 minutes to the main train station and thus to the city center. By car, you can quickly reach the Horner traffic circle, which provides access to the freeways in all directions.
