Hello everyone. We have a room available immediately...
We are Lukas (25) dual student and Tjorve (22) trainee. After work, we often meet up in the kitchen and relax at the end of the day. In our free time, we like to do sports, meet friends, play a game or read a book or two and travel the world. Maybe you'd like to share a hobby or two with us or simply bring a few more with you. We are open to new things and would be happy to have a likeable person with a healthy sense of cleanliness.

Room

The apartment is located on the first floor of an apartment building in Hamburg Horn.

It is approx. 10 square meters in size and wonderfully flooded with light. As it is furnished, all you have to do on arrival is unpack your suitcases and you can start living. Bed, wardrobe, desk, wardrobe, mirror, etc. are all provided.
There is also a classic-style kitchen with a ceramic hob and extractor hood, fridge with large freezer compartment, dishwasher and a cozy sitting area with TV. The daylight bathroom is modern, simple and invites you to relax in the bathtub.

There are no additional costs. (electricity, water, gas) They are included in the all-inclusive rent, as is the internet.

Location

The apartment is located in the Hamburg-Horn district close to the city center.
There is a bakery, kiosk, penny, pharmacy, small bars and restaurants in the immediate vicinity.
For great shopping, you can go to the Billstedt Center, which is the largest shopping center in the east of Hamburg, or take the nearby subway to Hamburg city center, where Mönckeberg- and Spitaler Str. or Jungfernstieg await you.
For daily relaxation and jogging, Horner Park is right on the doorstep.
If you want an even bigger offer, the Horner Rennbahn is of course well served. You can get here in about 5 minutes by bike.
There you can relax and enjoy sporting activities. The Horner Rennbahn is open to everyone free of charge and is a popular meeting place outside Derby times. There are also barbecue facilities and a mini golf course. Jogging, yoga and workouts are possible here, as well as cycling and inline skating. Free fitness equipment is also available.

Horn is well connected to public transport. The subway station Horner Rennbahn is about a 10-minute walk away. The subway takes about 20 minutes to the main station and thus to the city center. By car, you can quickly reach the Horner Kreisel, which provides access to the highways in all directions.
