There are two cozy rooms in the shared flat as well as an inviting common room, which is ideal for evenings together and relaxed conversations.
As you all move in at the same time, you have the change to start a new shared flat life... We'd like it not to be a purpose-built flat share, but rather nice, friendly people who want to embark on a new adventure.

Room

The apartment is located on the 3rd floor of an apartment building in the middle of the beautiful district of Hamburg Horn.

The bright rooms are approx. 16 and 15 sqm in size. Both are rented unfurnished, so you can furnish them as you wish. Thanks to the practical layouts, they can be wonderfully converted into bedrooms or offices. The prices for both rooms are €719 and you can move in from 15.10.24.

You can prepare delicious meals together in the kitchen. It is also equipped with a ceramic hob with oven, a dishwasher and a fridge with freezer compartment. The modern bathroom with window invites you to relax, especially in the bathtub. The highlight of the apartment is the communal room, which is ideal for evenings together and relaxed conversations.

There are no additional costs. They are included in the all-inclusive rent, as is access to TV, Internet (network and WLAN)

The bicycle cellar also offers you the opportunity to store your bicycles safely and securely if you have them.

Location

The shared flat is located in the beautiful district of Hamburg Horn.
The connection to public transportation is excellent: The subway station "Horner Rennbahn" is only a few minutes' walk away, from there you can reach central points of Hamburg such as the main train station in about 15 minutes and the Reeperbahn in about 25 minutes.
The location offers numerous attractive green spaces and parks, ideal for walks, sports and relaxing afternoons outdoors. The nearby "Horner Moor" invites for relaxing walks and picnics, while the "Stadtpark" with its extensive meadows and lakes is a perfect place for outdoor activities.

Hamburg University: approx. 30 minutes

In addition, there are several bus lines in the immediate vicinity, making it easy to reach the city districts.
