This 3er WG is in complete upheaval. In the next weeks and months, all rooms will be available.
This is like a new foundation and since everyone moves in a second time only a few weeks later, you have the chance to start a new shared flat life :) Our goal is that it does not become a community of purpose, but we wish a nice coexistence of people who fit well together, are sympathetic and open-minded and have a healthy sense of cleanliness. Of course, a washing machine and a dishwasher are available in the shared flat.

Maybe you also bring someone directly who still wants to move in with you, no problem at all.

Room

The 3-room apartment is located on the 1st floor of an apartment building in Hamburg Horn.
The vacated room has 15m2 and is oriented to the street side. The large window front makes it wonderfully bright and flooded with light.
Since it is unfurnished, it can be furnished and designed according to your own wishes and needs.

There are no additional costs. They are like access to TV, Internet (Wi-Fi) and telephone (incl. Fixed-line flat) is included in the flat-rate rental.

Location

Horn is a rapidly growing district in the east of Hamburg.
In the immediate vicinity, restaurants, doctors, as well as shops for daily needs are within walking distance.
The small green areas and the Horner Park invite you to walk as well as to jog or other leisure activities.

The underground station Horner Rennbahn, which borders on a small shopping center, is reached after 5-7 minutes on foot. From here you can take the U2 and U4, with which you can reach the city center of Hamburg in 10 minutes.
