Our goal is that it will not be a community of convenience, but want a nice cohabitation of people who fit well together, are sympathetic and open-minded and have a healthy sense of cleanliness. Of course, washing machine and dishwasher are available.

Room

The apartment is located on the top floor of an apartment building in the beautiful Horn.

Two of the 4 rooms are about 15 sqm. The other two have a living space of 11 and 19 sqm. All rooms are rented unfurnished. Due to the generous layout, a variety of furnishing ideas can be made possible and implemented.

The prices are for the room with:

11 sqm at 629,- Euro monthly
15 sqm at 679,- Euro monthly
19 sqm at 679,- Euro monthly

The kitchen in classic style, will be equipped with a ceramic hob with associated extractor hood, refrigerator including large freezer compartment, as well as dishwasher and a comfortable seating area.
The spacious bathroom will be modern, simple and practical. That's all you need to freshen up.

Service charges will not be incurred. They are included in the all-inclusive rent, like access to TV, Internet (network and Wi-Fi) and telephone.

Location

Rennbahnstraße is centrally located in the family-friendly district of Hamburg-Horn. In the immediate vicinity are a bakery, kiosk, Penny, pharmacy, small bars and restaurants. For big shopping you can go to the Billstedt Center, which is the largest shopping center in the east of Hamburg, or you can take the nearby subway to downtown Hamburg, where Mönckeberg- and Spitaler Str. or the Jungfernstieg are waiting.
For daily relaxation and jogging, the Horner Rennbahn recreational park is right on the doorstep. Here Horner and visitors can relax on green meadows or during a sporting activity. The leisure park is available to everyone free of charge and is a popular meeting place outside of Derby times. There are barbecue facilities and a miniature golf course. Jogging, yoga and workouts are available here, as well as biking and inline skating. Furthermore, free fitness equipment is available.

Horn is well connected to public transportation. By walking for about 5 minutes, you can reach the subway station Horner Rennbahn. The subway takes about 10 minutes to the main train station and thus to the city center. By car, you can quickly get to the Horner Kreisel traffic circle, which provides access to the freeways in all directions.
