In this beautiful, small 3-person shared apartment to 01.02. a room is free.
We are Alanna and Steffen, both berusftstätig and are looking forward to a person who is sympathetic and open-minded and has a healthy sense of cleanliness. In our free time we like to be out with friends, dance, read one or the other book or go horseback riding. We are active in sports, play volleyball or go to the gym.
We don't want a community of purpose, but a nice living together for relaxed, funny, talkative WG- evenings. A person who also wants to cook together and drink wine or beer together. The atmosphere is relaxed, the motto is "everything can but nothing must". Privacy is written large despite the open and friendly approach to find time and space for themselves.

Room

The apartment is located on the 4th floor of an apartment building in a quiet street in Hamburg Horn.
The room has about 17m² and wonderfully bright. Since it is unfurnished, it can be furnished and designed entirely according to your own wishes and needs.
The fitted kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher and the daylight bathroom has a shower and enough space for needed utensils.

Service charges do not apply. They are like the access to TV, internet (network and WLAN) and telephone (incl. landline flat) included in the all-inclusive rent.

Location

Horn is a rapidly growing district in the east of Hamburg.
In the immediate vicinity, gastronomy, doctors, as well as shopping facilities for daily needs are within walking distance.
The small green spaces and the Horner Park invites both for walking and jogging or other leisure activities. In addition, of course, the recreational park Horner Rennbahn. At the track, Horner residents and visitors relax on green lawns or during a sporting activity. The leisure park is available to everyone free of charge and is a popular meeting place outside of Derby times. There are barbecue facilities and a miniature golf course. Jogging, yoga and workouts are available here, as well as biking and inline skating. Furthermore, free fitness equipment is available.

Horn is well connected to public transportation. By walking for about 5-7 minutes, you can reach the subway station Horner Rennbahn (U2/U4). This takes about 10 minutes to the main train station and thus to the city center. By car, you can quickly get to the Horner traffic circle, which provides access to the freeways in all directions.
