Unfurnished 14 sqm room in shared flat for 01.02. in Hamburg Horn

Hi, we are Iva and Lena. Our roommate is moving out, so we are looking for a new person who would like to move in with us. We would be happy to meet friendly and open-minded people with a healthy sense of cleanliness. In our free time we like to do sports, draw, do puzzles and paint, cook, read or meet friends. We are looking forward to meeting someone new who also has a few hobbies and would like to discover Hamburg with us. Unfortunately, we haven't spent that much time together lately, but we would like to change that, if our working hours allow it, because we are always in a good mood and like harmony :)

Room

The apartment is located on the first floor of an apartment building, close to the subway station Horner Rennbahn.
The room is approx. 14 sqm in size and can be furnished according to your own imagination and wishes, as it is rented unfurnished. Creating a living and working or sleeping area is no problem here. The modern kitchen is equipped with a fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, oven with matching ceramic hob. The bright bathroom with window is simple and practical with a shower and washbasin. That's all you need to freshen up.

There are no additional costs. They are included in the all-inclusive rent, as is access to TV, Internet (network and WLAN) and telephone (incl. landline flat rate).

Location

Horn is a rapidly growing district in the east of Hamburg.
Restaurants, doctors and shops for daily needs are within walking distance in the immediate vicinity.
The small green spaces and Horn Park are ideal for walking, jogging and other leisure activities. And of course the Horner Rennbahn leisure park. Horner residents and visitors can relax on the green meadow or enjoy a sporting activity on the track. The leisure park is open to everyone free of charge and is a popular meeting place outside Derby times. There are barbecue facilities and a mini golf course. Jogging, yoga and workouts are just as possible here as cycling and inline skating. Free fitness equipment is also available.

Horn is well connected to public transport. The Horner Rennbahn subway station (U2/U4) is a 5-7 minute walk away. This takes about 10 minutes to the main station and thus to the city center. By car, you can quickly reach the Horner Kreisel, which provides access to the highways in all directions.
