Hi, we are Iva (29) and Lena (24).
Unfortunately, our roommate is moving out, so we are looking for a new person who would like to move in with us. We would be happy to meet friendly and open-minded people with a healthy sense of cleanliness. In our free time we like to do sports, draw, do puzzles and paint, cook, read or meet friends. We are looking forward to meeting someone who also has a few hobbies and would like to discover Hamburg with us. Unfortunately, we haven't spent much time together lately, but we would like to change that, if our working hours allow it, because we are always in a good mood and like harmony :)

Room

The apartment is located on the first floor of an apartment building, close to the subway station Horner Rennbahn.
The room is approx. 14 sqm in size and can be furnished according to your own imagination and wishes, as it is rented unfurnished. Creating a living and working or sleeping area is no problem here. The modern kitchen is equipped with a fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, oven with matching ceramic hob. The bright bathroom with window is simple and practical with a shower and washbasin.

There are no additional costs, they are all included in the all-inclusive rent.

Location

The room on offer is located directly in the beautiful district of Hamburg Horn.

The immediate proximity to the subway station Horner Rennbahn with the lines U2 and U4 enables a quick connection to the city center and the other beautiful districts that the city of Hamburg has to offer. The Horner Rennbahn racecourse and the Horner Geestpark offer numerous leisure opportunities in the countryside, ideal for recreation or sporting activities. Furthermore, there are shopping facilities, pharmacies, educational institutions and doctors in the immediate vicinity. Fresh fruit and vegetables can also be found several times a week at the weekly market near Horner Rennbahn.

The U2 and U4 lines run directly from Horner Rennbahn to the main train station, making the journey quick and easy in 10-15 minutes. Jungfernstieg can also be reached via the U4 in 10 minutes, as can Überseequartier in around 15 minutes. The U2 takes you to Berliner Tor, an important transfer point to other U-Bahn and S-Bahn lines, in just 5 minutes.
