I work as a hotel manager and therefore value respectful and pleasant coexistence. In my free time, I like to be active – whether it's working out 💪, jogging 🏃‍♂️, or relaxing walks 🌿.
I want our shared apartment to be a harmonious place to live: clean, considerate, and friendly ✨ It's important to me that we have a good mix of chatting together in the kitchen ☕ and enough space for everyone. If you think this sounds like a good fit, I'd love to hear from you 😊

The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a well-kept apartment building - very close to the Horner Rennbahn 🏡🌳

The approx. 13.5 sqm room is unfurnished and can be furnished as you wish.

You can conjure up delicious meals together in the modern fitted kitchen 🍳🥗
It is equipped with a ceramic hob & oven, dishwasher and a large fridge with freezer compartment ❄️
There's also a cozy seating area, perfect for eating or chatting with your flatmates 🍽️🗨️

The bathroom with window invites you to relax - modern, bright and comfortable 🛁

The rooms are located in the beautiful Hamburg-Horn district - central and yet pleasantly green 🌳🏙️

The Horner Rennbahn subway station (lines U2 & U4) is just around the corner 🚇
This means you can be at the main station or Jungfernstieg in just 10-15 minutes - perfect for anyone who wants to get around Hamburg quickly and easily. You can also reach Überseequartier in around 15 minutes.
The U2 underground line takes you to Berliner Tor in just 5 minutes, an important hub for other U- & S-Bahn lines 🔁

Horner Rennbahn and Horner Geestpark offer plenty of space for jogging, walking or simply relaxing ☀️🏃‍♂️🌿
