Room

The apartment is located on the top floor of a well-kept apartment building in beautiful Horn 🏡. It offers a total of approx. 76 sqm of living space and was completely renovated in the middle of last year ✨.

The bright room is approx. 11 sqm in size and has a chic vinyl floor with a wood look 🌿. As it is rented unfurnished, you can furnish and design it entirely according to your own wishes and needs 🛋️.

The modern kitchen leaves nothing to be desired 🍽️: ceramic hob with matching oven, dishwasher and a large fridge with freezer compartment are already available - perfectly equipped for everyday use.

The bathroom is bright, has a window and is practically equipped with a shower and washbasin 🚿🪥 - that's all you need to freshen up 😄.

Additional costs? There are no extra! ✅ TV, internet (network & WLAN) 📺📶 and all additional costs are already included in the all-inclusive rent - so you can live in complete relaxation! 😊

Rennbahnstraße is located in the middle of the central Hamburg-Horn district 🏙️. Everything you need for everyday life is close by: Bakery 🥐, kiosk 📰, Penny 🛒, pharmacy 💊, small bars 🍻 and restaurants 🍝.

For great shopping 🛍️ head to the Billstedt Center, the largest shopping center in the east of Hamburg - or take the subway 🚇 to Hamburg city center. Mönckebergstraße, Spitalerstraße and Jungfernstieg await you there with even more shopping and strolling opportunities 🌆.

Right on the doorstep, the Horner Rennbahn leisure park invites you to relax 🌳 and exercise 🏃. Here, residents and visitors can enjoy the green meadow 🌿, meet up for a barbecue 🔥, play mini golf ⛳ or do sports such as yoga 🧘, workout 💪, cycling 🚴 and inline skating 🛼. Free fitness equipment is also available - perfect for every fitness level! 💚

The public transport connections 🚉 are excellent: the Horner Rennbahn subway station is just a 5-minute walk away. From there, you can be at Hamburg Central Station in around 10 minutes - and right in the heart of the city! 🏙️

You can also get around quickly by car 🚗: the Horner traffic circle takes you directly to the highways in all directions 🛣️.
