We are Jonas and Niklas and we moved into this newly renovated apartment in the middle of last year. We both pursue our professions and in our free time we are busy with fashion, sewing, screwing and handicrafts. When we want to exercise, we go to the gym. We also both like listening to music.

We are looking for 2 new, nice people who fit in well with us and have a healthy sense of cleanliness. Maybe you are interested in the same things or bring something completely new to the table. We are curious...

Room

The apartment is located on the top floor of an apartment building in beautiful Horn.

It is approx. 76 sqm in total and was completely renovated in the middle of last year. The bright room is approx. 11 sqm in size and has wood-look vinyl flooring. As it is rented unfurnished, you can furnish and design it entirely according to your own wishes and needs. The modern kitchen is equipped with a ceramic hob with matching oven and dishwasher, as well as a large fridge with freezer compartment. The bright bathroom with window is practically equipped with a shower and washbasin. That's all you need to freshen up.

There are no additional costs. They are included in the all-inclusive rent, as is access to TV, Internet (network and WLAN)

Location

Rennbahnstraße is centrally located in the family-friendly district of Hamburg-Horn. In the immediate vicinity are a bakery, kiosk, Penny, pharmacy, small bars and restaurants. For big shopping you can go to the Billstedt Center, which is the largest shopping center in the east of Hamburg, or you can take the nearby subway to downtown Hamburg, where Mönckeberg- and Spitaler Str. or the Jungfernstieg are waiting.
For daily relaxation and jogging, the Horner Rennbahn recreational park is right on the doorstep. Here Horner and visitors can relax on green meadows or during a sporting activity. The leisure park is available to everyone free of charge and is a popular meeting place outside of Derby times. There are barbecue facilities and a miniature golf course. Jogging, yoga and workouts are available here, as well as biking and inline skating. Furthermore, free fitness equipment is available.

Horn is well connected to public transportation. By walking for about 5 minutes, you can reach the subway station Horner Rennbahn. The subway takes about 10 minutes to the main train station and thus to the city center. By car, you can quickly get to the Horner Kreisel traffic circle, which provides access to the freeways in all directions.

If you feel that this suits you, you are between 18 and 32 years old and would like to live in the shared flat for at least 6 months.
