Room

The apartment is located on the top floor of a well-maintained apartment building in Hamburg-Horn.

The room is 15 m² and is perfect as a cozy bedroom and living area or even as a home office—whatever suits your taste! It’s nice and bright and offers plenty of space for your personal decorating ideas 🪴

In the kitchen, you can really get creative: whip up delicious meals on the glass-ceramic cooktop or in the oven, and there’s also a dishwasher and a large refrigerator with a freezer compartment—everything you need to feel right at home 🧁.

The bathroom, which gets natural light, is modern, fresh, and perfect for a relaxing shower after a long day. 🚿

And the best part: There are no additional utility costs! 🙌 TV, internet (wired & Wi-Fi) 💻, and a phone line are already included in the flat-rate rent—so everything’s covered, no questions asked! ✅

The lease for this room is set to expire on October 31, 2027.

Location

Rennbahnstraße is located right in the heart of the Hamburg-Horn district. Everything you need for everyday life is right nearby: a bakery, a newsstand, a Penny supermarket, a pharmacy, and small bars and restaurants. 🍝

For a big shopping trip 🛍️, head to the Billstedt Center, the largest shopping mall in eastern Hamburg—or take the subway to downtown Hamburg. There, Mönckebergstraße, Spitalerstraße, and Jungfernstieg offer even more shopping and strolling opportunities 🌆.

Right on your doorstep, the Horner Rennbahn recreational park invites you to relax 🌳 and get active. Here, residents and visitors enjoy the green lawn 🌿, meet up for barbecues, play mini-golf, or engage in sports like yoga, workouts, cycling, and inline skating.
